Types of bets
The simplest bets are the big and small (where Sic Bo gets its name from) and even and odd bets. The big bet means that the sum of the three dice can be from 11 to 17. The small bet goes for a sum of 4 to 10. Because 'triples' (where the dice all three have the same number of eyes) are excluded, so the smallest possible option (4) and the largest possible option (18) are also excluded equally. Here lies the profit for the casino.
Another form of’ big ' betting is even or odd. With this, the player bets on an even or odd number. All "triples" are excluded.
'Smaller' bets, i.e. the bets with a higher risk and a higher profit margin, are more specific outcomes of the three dice. For example, the player can bet on a specific ‘triple’, A ‘double’ (where two of the three dice have the same number of eyes), all ‘triples’ at the same time, or choose their own combination of numbers.
Also, the player can choose a more specific total than in the big bets. Thus, the player can choose the extremes and bet so that the total is 4 or 17, with 5 and 16 go for a slightly larger possibility and thus select in pairs, until in small steps on the 10 and 11 (which statistically will occur most often) can be bet. The probability of the outcome is reflected in the possible profit that the player takes at the moment when the bet actually appears on the dice.
Finally, the player can also choose a specific number or that number lands on at least one, two, or all three dice; with the latter option, it bets on a specific ‘triple’. There are also special rows with four numbers, where you can bet that all three numbers of the outcome are in that row.
