Mixed Rules

The game Gemix has a playing field of seven by seven squares. Unlike a traditional slot machine (with reels), the symbols in Gemix fall from top to bottom; the ‘waterfall’ effect. If a player manages to get five or more of the same symbols next to each other, he wins a prize. The winning symbols will then be removed and new symbols will appear for the next round. This continues until there are no more winning combinations. So the profit can add up quickly!

With each win, a Crystal Charge meter is filled. When this meter is completely full, one of the following effects comes to life: Chain Lightning, Crystal Warp, Light Beam or Nova Blast. Each of these effects creates more winning combinations. If the effect is activated, the meter will drain again and can be recharged. At the bottom of the meter is a pattern on which the symbols must fall to create a winning combination. The pattern changes each time the player goes up a life.

Three worlds

The game has three worlds and can be compared to levels that we know from nostalgic games like Super Mario Land and more contemporary ones. The participant starts at the bottom of the mines where the Dwarves live and then comes a step higher. The casino player goes along the Princess world and eventually to the world of wizards. Those new worlds it is possible to achieve more by spinning more and more combinations. Each world has different patterns on which the winning combinations can be formed.

If a player frees three patterns in one world, it reaches the next World. The player also receives the World Bonus. Every win in that round will result in a higher World Bonus. The higher the player gets, the more can be won. Each level also has different bonus symbols.
